What is on grid inverter?
The inverter is the "heart" of photovoltaic power generation. It is a power electronic conversion device connected between the solar panel and the grid. It mainly converts the direct current generated by the solar panel into the alternating current that can be connected to the grid through the power module. From the perspective of the necessity of the on grid inverter, the power generated by the photovoltaic array is direct current, but the direct current power supply system has great limitations, it is not convenient to change the voltage and the load application range is very limited, and the on grid single phase inverter can convert the generated direct current into required AC power.
On grid single phase inverter is a special inverter that can convert DC power into AC power, and its output AC power can be synchronized with the frequency and phase of the main power, so the output AC power can be return to mains. On gird single phase inverters are commonly used in applications where some DC voltage source (such as a solar panel or a small wind turbine) is connected to the grid.
The parameter meaning of AC port
1. Rated output power: Attention! The difference here from the maximum input power in the first parameter is that the input in the first parameter is DC power, while the output of this parameter is AC power. That is to say, the inverter can only output such a large AC power at most. No matter how many solar panels are installed, it can only be wasted.
2. Maximum apparent power: In layman's terms, it is the power that does not calculate the loss.
3. Rated output voltage: The rated output range and the following parameters will not be explained in detail. These parameters are factory-set, according to the technical regulations of the power grid, these are regulated. Can not be changed, any brand of inverter these parameters are the same.
